Salty (Not-so) Goodness

If you love your salt, you may notice that the more you get used to, the more you need.

You are probably like most Australians then, consuming too much saslt. And while salt is essential for life, by overdoing it you are putting yourself at risk of heart attack, not to mention undoing all your good work on the treadmill and bikes.

Your personal trainer at Tracs can explain how you can cut down your salt intake with some clever lifehacks, including substitutes and the ability to read food packets. Sadly, our daily salt requirement is often met with things like breakfast cereal and tinned fruit and vegetables, which contain salt you didn’t even know was there.
